Existence and uniqueness of the solution of initial value problems for \(n\)-th order nonlinear integro-differential equations in Banach spaces (English)
      0 references
The authors investigate an initial value problem for an \(n\)-th order nonlinear integro-differential equation of Volterra type on unbounded domains in a Banach space. By means of the Banach contraction principle new results on existence and uniqueness and iterative approximation of the solution of the initial value problem are obtained.
