Suppose that \(f(z)\) is a transcendental meromorphie function with infinite poles and \(Q(z)\) is a rational function, \(Q(\infty)=\infty\). Then for any transcendental entire function \(g(z)\), we have NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\varlimsup_{r \to \infty} {\overline N\bigl((1+o (1)\bigr)r, {1\over f(g)-Q}\bigr) \over T(r,g)} =\infty.NEWLINE\]
