In [the authors and \textit{V. M. Fomin}, Phys.-Dokl. 41, No. 9, 430-434 (1996; Zbl 0929.76069); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk, Ross Akad. Nauk 350, No. 3, 201--205 (1996)] and [Appl. Mech. Tech. Phys. 40, No. 6, 995-1001 (1999; Zbl 0999.76570); translation from Prikl. Mech. Tekh. Fiz 40, No. 6, 3--10 (1999)], the authors introduced a classification of shock waves in heterogeneous media. The classification contains four types of shock waves. In the article under review, the authors study the reflection process of shock waves of each type from a rigid boundary. They use a nonstationary approach for simulation of a heterogeneous mixture of two condensed materials, and take into consideration differences in velocities and pressures for different phases.
