The authors consider a special class of nonlinear equilibrium problems (EPs), where the cost bifunction is defined as follows: \( f (x, y)=h (x, y-x)\). Similarly to the general EPs, they define primal and dual formulations and the corresponding gap functions and investigate relationships among these EPs and the related optimization problems. An error bound property is also established.
