    The authors describe properties of three quasi-probability distributions of Wigner (W), Glauber-Sudarshan (P) and Husimi (W) types considered as semiclassical distributions in phase space. They associate \(f_{P}=\gamma _{P}e^{-\gamma _{P}\left| \alpha \right| ^{2}}\), \(\gamma _{P}=e^{\beta \hbar \omega }-1\), \(f_{Q}=\gamma _{Q}e^{-\gamma _{Q}\left| \alpha \right| ^{2}}\), \(\gamma _{Q}=1-e^{-\beta \hbar \omega }\), \( f_{W}=\gamma _{W}e^{-\gamma _{W}\left| \alpha \right| ^{2}}\), \( \gamma _{W}=2\tanh (\frac{\beta \hbar \omega }{2})\). In each case, they compute the shift-invariant Fisher's information measure \(I=\int dxf(x)( \frac{\partial \ln f(x)}{\partial x})^{2}\), the logarithmic entropy \(S=-\int \frac{d^{2}\alpha }{\pi }f(\alpha )\ln f(\alpha )\), the statistical complexity \(C=SI\), the linear entropy \(S_{l}=1-\int \frac{d^{2}\alpha }{\pi } f^{2}(\alpha )\), Fano's factor classical analog \(\mathcal{F}=\frac{ \left\langle y^{2}\right\rangle -\left\langle y\right\rangle ^{2}}{ \left\langle y\right\rangle }\) and fluctuations \(\Delta x\Delta p\). They also draw computations associated to these expressions. The authors prove that the semiclassical analog of the P-distribution seems to become unphysical at very low temperatures.
