Perturbation of generalized Dirichlet forms and associated Markov processes (Q2780902)

Suppose that \({\mathcal E}\) is a quasi-regular generalized Dirichlet form on a general state space and \(\mu\) is a smooth measure. In this paper the author proves that the perturbed form \({\mathcal E}^{\mu}\) defined by NEWLINE\[NEWLINE {\mathcal E}^{\mu}(u, v)={\mathcal E}(u, v)+(u, v)_{\mu} NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is associated with an \(m\)-tight \(m\)-special standard Markov process.
