Investigation of elastoplastic deformation and the fracture criterion of a transversally isotropic material subject to uniaxial compression in a direction parallel to the isotropy plane (English)

The paper deals with the investigation of elastoplastic strain and fracture of transversally isotropic material. It is assumed that the material compression is uniaxial and parallel to the isotropy plane. The authors apply the constitutive equations from [\textit{Yu.~N.~Shevchenko} and \textit{M. I. Gojkhman}, Sov. Appl. Mech. 26, No.~9, 849-852 (1990); translation from Prikl. Mekh., Kiev 26, No. 9, 50--54 (1990; Zbl 0729.73749)]. To determine the limiting state of transversally isotropic material, a strain fracture criterion is established.
