The details of the detonation wave calculation using numerical schemes of different approximation orders (English)
0 references
A mathematical modeling of the detonation wave propagation is realized on the base of Euler's equations with a one-stage model of chemical kinetics reactions. For the numerical investigation of the ENO (essentially non-oscillatory) model, schemes with orders of approximation from the first till the fourth are applied. As a result the transfer from a regular propagation of waves to a non-regular one with following damping of the detonation combustion processes in the hydrogen-air mixture model is recognized for all used numerical schemes.
