Collection of functions to help retrieve U.S. Geological Survey and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency water quality and hydrology data from web services. Data are discovered from National Water Information System <https://waterservices.usgs.gov/> and <https://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis>.
