Domain decomposition schemes based on penalty method for the problems on ideal contact of elastic bodies (English)

In terms of the penalty method, the author proposes a series of parallel continuous schemes of domain decomposition for solving the problems on ideal mechanical contact of elastic bodies. Theorems on convergence of some of these schemes are proved. A problem on optimal choice of iterative parameters is analyzed. A relationship is established between the obtained schemes and the methods of domain decomposition without penalty.
