The estimate of a measure of the level set of solutions to differential equations with constant coefficients (Q2808435)

An upper estimate is established for the measure of the level set of functions which are solutions to inhomogeneous ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients, whose right-hand sides have no zeros on some interval. Such estimates are applied in the investigation of entire and meromorphic functions and in the consideration of the small denominators problem for partial differential equations as well as in the metric theory of Diophantine approximations and the measure and integral theory.
