This article aims to study a stochastic delay predator-prey model in a polluted environment. Sufficient criteria for extinction and non-persistence in the mean of the system are obtained successfully. Also, the critical value between persistence and extinction is derived for each population. Finally, some numerical simulations are performed to validate the main results obtained. These results are very useful in view of the persistence-extinction thresholds which are important for assessing the risk of extinction of populations in models.
