Existence theorem for a second-order impulsive functional-differential equation with a nonlocal condition (English)
      0 references
The authors deal with the existence of mild solutions to the second-order semilinear impulsive functional-differential equation in a Banach space, where the linear part is given by the infinitesimal generator of a strong continuous cosine family of bounded linear operators. The Schauder fixed point theorem and the theory of cosine family are the main tools in carrying out the proof.
