In the paper under consideration, the current version of the program realization of generalized nets (GNs) -- Generalized Nets Integrated Development Environment (GN IDE) is presented. First, the authors compare GNs and Petri nets (PNs). Then the software GN IDE is presented. Properties, problems, run Java script windows are explained, and the function view is described. Finally, an overview of the existing research showing that GNs can be a tool for modeling data mining processes is presented.
