The author consider a pseudo-differential operator \(A(x,D)\) with symbol of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINE A(x,\xi)=1+A_0(\xi)+\sum_{k=1}^N \varphi(x,\lambda_k) A_k(\xi), \qquad x,\xi\in\mathbb R, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE for \( \varphi(x,\lambda_k)=\tanh\frac\pi\alpha \left(x-\lambda_k+i\frac{\alpha\beta}{2}\right)\) with \(\alpha>0\), \(-1<\beta<1\) and \(\lambda_k\in\mathbb R\), and \(A_k(\xi)\in L^1_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb R)\) with polynomial growth.NEWLINENEWLINEThe main result of the paper relates the solvability of the equation \(A(x,D)y=0\) to the solvability of a system of one-dimensional singular integral equations with Cauchy kernel.
