This paper contains evaluations of the effective acoustic parameters of polydisperse liquids with gas and vapor bubbles. The estimations are performed in the framework of a homogeneous model. It demonstrates that compressibility, absorption, dispersion of sound velocity, acoustic non-linearity, and cavitation strength of water with high concentration of bubbles features anomalous parameters, which essentially differs from the pure water characteristics.
