Let \(p\) and \(q\) be prime numbers such that \(p\equiv 3\mod 16\) and \(q\equiv 11 \mod 16\). The authors show that the elliptic curve \(y^2=x^3+pqx\) has possible maximal rank \(2\), by using descent via two-isogeny.
