Optimal arcs in Hjelmslev spaces of higher dimension (English)

In this paper recursive upper bounds on the size of an arc with given parameters in projective Hjelmslev spaces \( \mathrm{PHG}(R_{R}^{t}) \) are given. The authors obtain results on arcs with multiple points in projective Hjelmslev planes. Based on the obtained results, a table of the best projective arcs is compiled in the projective Hjelmslev geometries of dimension 3 over the two chain rings with 4 elements.
