A \(\lambda\)-fold block design of order \(n\) and block size 4 is a pair \((X,B)\), where \(B\) is a collection of edge disjoint copies of \(K_4\) which partitions the edge set of \({\lambda}K_n\) with vertex set \(X\). The paper studies certain transformations of \(\lambda\)-fold designs with block size 4 into structures called \(\lambda\)-fold kites.
