The author deals with a second-order differential equation with regular singular point at zero and exponential dichotomy at infinity of the following form NEWLINE\[NEWLINE x^2y''+x \left( a_1+xb_1(x) \right) y' + \left( a_2+a_3x+x^2b_2(x) \right) y = \alpha_1+\alpha_2x+x^2f_0(x), NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(a_k\), \(k=1,2,3\), and \(\alpha_k\), \(k=1,2\), are real numbers, \(b_k(x)\), \(k=1,2\), and \(f_0(x)\) are continuous bounded on \(\mathbb R_+\) functions. The author constructs integral representations of continuously differentiable on the positive half-line \(\mathbb R_+\) solutions which vanish at infinity.
