The paper studies stability properties of solutions to hybrid dynamical systems with memory. Such systems can model processes which combine continuous, discontinuous, and delayed behavior. Flow and jump sets of the considered hybrid system with memory are subsets of a collection of hybrid memory arcs, and the flow and jump maps are given by set-valued functionals. This is different from the delay-free setting where the flow and jump sets are defined as subsets of Euclidean space. The main results of the paper consist of two invariance principles formulated in terms of a Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and a Lyapunov-Razumikhin function. These invariance principles are then applied to prove two theorems on pre-asymptotic stability of hybrid system with memory. The proposed results are based on the concept of graphical convergence of hybrid memory arcs, which was introduced by the same authors previously.
