The paper deals with the Dirichlet problem in a unit disk for the main-type partial differential equations with constant complex-valued coefficients whose symbols are forms of arbitrary even order. In terms of the equation coefficients, nonuniqueness conditions for the solution are established in the case when the inclination angles of the complex characteristics exist. Some examples of equations are constructed for which the Dirichlet problem in a disk has nontrivial solutions and is not Noetherian.
