This paper deals with infinitesimal cyclicity of circle diffeomorphisms of the form NEWLINE\[NEWLINE F_{r,a}:x\mapsto x+2\pi r+ a f(x)\quad (\text{mod}\,\, 2\pi), NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where \(f\) is a periodic function. In particular it is investigated whether or not this cyclicity is finite for a ``typical'' function in the space of \(C^k\) or real analytical functions. This has been done for \textsl{Baire residual}, \textsl{\(\Gamma_b^1\) prevalent}, \textsl{Haar prevalent}, \textsl{Cube prevalent} and \textsl{complement to \(\sigma\)-porous} function sets.
