The authors prove a result concerning the homogenization of the Lorenz equation with oscillating magnetic field. The limit equation achieved by homogenization process is an integro-differential equation and the memory kernel is described by the Volterra equation and can be characterized explicitly in terms of a Radom measure. It describes the extra velocity drift. By using the velocity drift, Gauss's law appears with polarization charges.
