The authors solve the coupled equations for gravity and a scalar field for a static spherically symmetric space-time, which can be interpreted as black hole or as wormhole. Apart from the usual theories, they apply a theory where a nonminimal derivative coupling is used. This means, the action contains an additional term of the form \(E^{ij} \phi_{,i} \phi_{,j}\), where \(E^{ij}\) is the Einstein tensor. They discuss both the cases: an ordinary scalar field \(\phi\) and a phantom scalar field \(\phi\). In the result, they give conditions under which a wormhole can exist.
