This paper deals with so-called exponentiated Weibull family, an extension of the Weibull distribution by adding an additional shape parameter. Its cumulative distribution function is NEWLINE\[NEWLINEF(x,\gamma,\beta)=(1-\exp[-x^\gamma])^\beta, \quad x>0,\beta,\gamma>0.NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Here, \(\beta\) is the shape parameter.NEWLINENEWLINE The aim of this note is to derive exact expression for single and mixed record statistics. Also, the \(\alpha\)-th moment of the \(k\)-th record statistics are obtained.
