The goal is to calculate the least mean number of electrons of a separate cell of one-valence metals, for which the cell of the given metal is still stable. In this paper, the potential energy is approximated by the function NEWLINE\[NEWLINEU(r_0,r)=-\frac2r \left\{1-\frac{3r_0^2}{5r^2}\right\}.NEWLINE\]NEWLINE Cell stability is insured by the balance of electron's potential energy and its kinetic energy inside the Wigner-Sietz sphere.
