The goal is to find a numerical solution to the non-stationary system of partial differential equations in cylindrical coordinates which describe the electric current density at an electric probe placed in a low temperature dense plasma (plasma pressure close to the atmospheric pressure). Distributions of ion as well as electron concentrations are calculated, the electric potential in the vicinity of the probe is obtained.
