The classic Pauli-Einstein equations are applied for calculation of the reaction rate constants in photosynthetic bacterial reaction centers. After Laplace transforms the system of linear algebraic equations is solved and the quantum output of primary electron donor fluorescence is computed. The least squares method is applied with the Tikhonov regularization to extract the reaction rate constants on the ground of experimental data.
