The aim of this paper is to obtain formulas for calculating the index of isolated critical points for wide classes of non-differentiable elliptic operators. The author generalizes results of \textit{A. G. Kartsatos}, \textit{I. V. Skrypnik} and \textit{V. N. Shramenko} [J. Differ. Equations 214, No. 1, 189--231 (2005; Zbl 1086.47032)].
