The problem on defining the stress-strain state for an elastoplastic orthotropic shell of an arbitrary curvature is reduced to a system of singular integral equations for the case of an internal crack. Numerical algorithms for solving the above problem is constructed provided that the plasticity condition for orthotropic shells holds. The influence of the orthotropy and geometric parameters of the shell on the crack opening is investigated.
