Some new Pachpatte type inequalities on time scales and their applications (Q2902016)

The authors present various generalizations of so called Pachpatte inequalities. Theorems about Pachpatte inequalities provide, like Gronwall inequalities, explicit estimates for functions, if certain implicit estimates are given. The general framework is that of time scales, so the continuous and discrete cases are covered. In the final section, the authors show how Pachpatte inequalities can be utilized to derive estimates for solutions of nonlinear dynamic equations, including differential or difference equations.
