A function \(f:[0, \infty)\to \mathbb{R}\) is an approximate Pexiderized exponential type if there is a \(\delta >0\), a pseudo exponential \(e:[0, \infty) \times [0, \infty) \to [1, \infty)\) and two functions \(g, h:[0, \infty)\to \mathbb{R}\) such that NEWLINE\[NEWLINE|f(x+y)-e(x, y)g(x)h(y)|\leq \deltaNEWLINE\]NEWLINE for all \((x, y)\in [0, \infty)\times [0, \infty)\). In the case of \(\delta=0\), we call \(f\) a pexiderized exponential type function. The author proves the superstability of the functional equations NEWLINE\[NEWLINEf(x+y)=e(x, y)g(x)h(y)\,\,\text{and}\,\, f(x+y)=g(x)h(y),NEWLINE\]NEWLINE and proves that every unbounded approximate pexiderized exponential type function is an exponential type function.
