The author gives upper and lower bounds for the spectral norms of Toeplitz matrices in which the entries are Fibonacci and Lucas numbers, respectively. The bounds are in terms of some Fibonacci and Lucas numbers, respectively, and the proofs are standard. Some bounds for the spectral norms of Hadamard and Kronecker products of these matrices are obtained.
