Let \(\mathcal H\) be an infinite dimensional complex separable Hilbert space. The authors investigate the Taylor joint spectrum of the direct sum \(\bigoplus_{k=1}^\infty T_k\) of a uniformly bounded family \(T_k=(T^1_k,\dots,T^n_k)\), \(k=1,2,\dots\), of \(n\)-tuples of commuting operators on \(\mathcal H\). Let \({\text{Sp}}(T_k)\) denote the Taylor spectrum of an \(n\)-tuple \(T_k\) and let NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\sigma=\{\lambda\not\in{\text{Sp}}(T_k):\text{there exists a sequence } (n_k) \text{ such that } \| ((\lambda-T_{n_k})^{-1})^{\widehat{}}\;\|\to\infty\},NEWLINE\]NEWLINE where the operator \(\widehat{T}\) was defined in [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 266, 129--159 (1981; Zbl 0457.47017)] by \textit{R. E. Curto} with the use of the Koszul complex for the \(n\)-tuple \(T\).NEWLINENEWLINEThe main result of the paper is the following Theorem. Let \(T_k=(T^1_k,\dots,T^n_k)\), \(k=1,2,\dots\), be a uniformly bounded family of \(n\)-tuples of commuting operators on \(\mathcal H\). Then NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\text{Sp}\left(\bigoplus_{k=1}^\infty T_k\right)=\bigcup_{k=1}^\infty{\text{Sp}}(T_k)\cup\sigma. NEWLINE\]
