Let \(D\) denote the dyadic grid of intervals on the real line, let \(b=\{b_I\}_{I\in D}\) be a sequence of complex numbers of \(D\) and let the Haar function \(h_I^0\) and averaging function \(h^1_I\) be defined by \[ h^0_I\equiv h_I \equiv \frac{1}{\sqrt{|I|}}(-1_{I_-}+1_{I_+}) \;\text{ and } h^1_I\equiv \frac{1}{|I|}1_I, \; I\in D. \] For \(b=\{b_I\}_{I\in D}\) a given sequence of complex numbers on \(D\), the authors define the dyadic paraproduct of type \((\alpha,\beta)\) by the formula \[ P_b^{(\alpha,\beta)} f=\sum_{I\in D} b_I \left\langle f,h^\beta_I \right\rangle_{L^2(R)} h^\alpha_I, \] where \(\alpha,\beta\in\{0,1\}\), and consider its compositions \(P_{b,d}^{(\alpha,\beta,\gamma,\delta)}=P_b^{(\alpha,\beta)}\circ P_d^{(\gamma,\delta)}\) of type \((\alpha,\beta,\gamma,\delta)\). The authors give necessary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the composition operator \(P_{b,d}^{(\alpha,\beta,\gamma,\delta)}\) depending on its type.
