On the occasion of Siegfried Otto' s centenary, H. Krämer and J. Weiß wrote this booklet about Siegfried Otto's credits regarding the publishing house B. G. Teubner. For quite some time, \textit{H. Krämer} was interested in the history of this publishing house. He edited the book [Teuberianae. Vorträge und Aufsätze. Leipzig: Edition am Gutenbergplatz Leipzig (EAGLE) (2013; Zbl 1277.01003)] and wrote two chapters about Siegfried Otto therein. He also published the booklet [In der sächsischen Kutsche. Der Firmengründer B.G. Teubner und seine Nachfolger A. Ackermann-Teubner and A. Giesecke-Teubner. Leipzig: Edition am Gutenbergplatz Leipzig (EAGLE) (2012; Zbl 1238.01002)]. In the booklet at hand, Krämer reports more about the history of the publishing house B. G. Teubner, which was closely connected to the publishing house Giesecke \& Devrient. It was Otto's merit, to renew the company after World War II in 1948. Again, the B. G. Teubner publishing house became well known. Otto was the editor and the owner until 1997. The Teubner textbooks where well established, and books about different subjects were published, such as classical and ancient studies, building industry, technology, mathematics, science, and computer science. But in the last years the owners and editors changed frequently. And in 2008, the Springer-Vieweg Verlag (formerly known as Vieweg-Teubner Verlag) bought most of the parts of the former Teubner-Verlag. A great deal of this booklet is written like an interview with questions to H. Krämer, therefore it is quite easy to read.
