Quantum supergroups. V: Braid group action (Q293037)

The paper under reviews constructs a braid group action on the quantum covering group \(\mathbf{U}\) associated to an anisotropic Kac-Moody Lie superalgebra. The first step defines certain operators on integrable \(\mathbf{U}\)-modules which generalize Lusztig's construction for quantum algebras. These operators are constructed by quantum exponentials of Chevalley generators, and, in general, they do not necessarily satisfy ordinary braid relations; rather, they satisfy spin braid relations on isotypical components. It is shown that these operators induce even automorphisms of \(\mathbf{U}\); the automorphisms preserve the integral form of \(\mathbf{U}\); and they satisfy the braid relations. As an application, a family of orthogonal PBW-type bases for the quantum covering group associated to \(osp(1|2n)\) is constructed.
