    Let \(n\in\mathbb{N}\), \(\ell\in\mathbb{Z}^n\), \(m\in\mathbb{Z}_+\) and for any \(i\in\{1,\,\dots,\,m\}\), \(\theta_i\) be fixed, distinct and nonzero real numbers. Assume that \(K\) is a measurable function on \(\mathbb{R}^n\) and for any \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\), \(K_\ell(x):=K(x)e^{2\pi ix\cdot\ell}\). Then the \(m\)-(sub)linear Littlewood-Paley square function \(T(f_1,\,\dots,\,f_m)\) is defined by setting, for any \(x\in\mathbb{R}^n\), \[ T(f_1,\,\dots,\,f_m)(x):=\left\{\sum_{\ell\in\mathbb{Z}^n}|T_{\ell}(f_1,\,\dots,\,f_m)(x)|^2\right\}^{1/2}, \] where \[ T_{\ell}(f_1,\,\dots,\,f_m)(x):=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n}f_1(x-\theta_1y)\cdots f_m(x-\theta_my)K_{\ell}(y)\,dy. \] In this article, based on a modification of an inequality obtained by \textit{V. S. Guliyev} and \textit{Sh. A. Nazirova} [Integral Equations Oper. Theory 60, No. 4, 485--497 (2008; Zbl 1283.42022)], the authors proved that the \(m\)-(sub)linear Littlewood-Paley square function \(T\) is bounded from \(L^{p_1}(\mathbb{R}^n)\times\cdots\times L^{p_m}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) to \(L^p(\mathbb{R}^n)\), where, for any \(i\in\{1,\,\dots,\,m\}\), \(p_i\in[2,\infty)\), \(p\in[1,\infty)\) and \(1/p=1/p_1+\cdots+1/p_m\).
