    The paper deals with Besov-Orlicz spaces consisting of continuous functions on \([0,1]\), endowed with the norm \[ \| f \|_M+\sup_{0<t<1} \frac{\omega_M (f,t)}{\omega_{\mu, \nu} (t)}, \] where \(M\) refers to an Orlicz space, \[ \omega_M (f,t)=\sup_{0<h\leq t}\|\Delta_h f \|_M \] with the first differences and \[ \omega_{\mu,\nu}(t)=t^\mu\big(1+|\log t|\big)^\nu, \] \(0<\mu<1\), \(\nu>0\).
