In this paper, the author considers a class of second order differential equations with a singularity, described as follows \[ x''(t)+f(t,x(t))x'(t)+g(x(t))=p(t), \leqno(1) \] where \(f\in C(\mathbb{R}^{2},\mathbb{R})\) is a \(T\)-periodic function with respect to its first variable, \(g\in C(]0,\infty[,\mathbb{R})\) stands for the singular term, \(p\in C(\mathbb{R},\mathbb{R})\) is a \(T\)-periodic function. Applying a continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory and assuming that there exists a constant \(\alpha>0\) such that \(\left|f(t,x\right|\geq\alpha\, \forall (t,x)\in\mathbb{R}^{2}\), and \(g\) satisfies the singularity condition \(\lim_{x\longrightarrow 0^{+}}g(x)=-\infty\) and some other suitable conditions, the author proves that equation (1) possesses at least two positive \(T\)-periodic solutions.
