This paper deals with Lagrangian submanifolds (i.e., submanifolds for which \(J\) interchanges the tangent and the normal spaces) of \(6\)-dimensional strict nearly Kähler (NK) manifolds. For example, Theorem 1.1 states that such submanifolds with parallel second fundamental form are, in fact, totally geodesic. After the proof of this result the authors restrict their study to the homogeneous NK manifold \(\mathbb{S}^3 \times \mathbb{S}^3\). Then, Theorem 1.2 provides a complete classification of totally geodesic Lagrangian submanifolds in this ambient. More precisely, the authors obtain 6 such classes with 3 of them isometric to the sphere of constant sectional curvature \(3/4\) while the next 3 are isometric to the Berger sphere.
