The authors are interested in the following basic pair of conjugate equations of generalized analytic functions: \[ \partial_{\bar z} \psi = u \bar \psi, \,\,\, \partial_{\bar z} \psi^+ = - {\bar u} \bar \psi^+ \,\,\,\text{in}\,\,\,D, \] where \(D\) is a given domain in \(\mathbb{C}\). They propose a Moutard-type transform \[ M: (u,\psi,\psi^+) \to M(u,\psi,\psi^+)=(\tilde{u},\tilde{\psi},\tilde{\psi}^+) \] which transforms a triplet of functions solving the above system to a triplet of functions solving the corresponding system \[ \partial_{\bar z} \tilde{\psi} = \tilde{u} \bar{\tilde{\psi}}, \,\,\, \partial_{\bar z} \tilde{\psi}^+ = - \bar{\tilde{u}} \overline{\tilde{\psi}^+} \,\,\,\text{in}\,\,\,D. \] Moreover, holomorphic bijections \(W : D \to D_\ast\) transform a triplet also to a triplet of a corresponding system, but now in the domain \(D_\ast\). Finally, the authors show that the proposed Moutard-type transform commutes with holomorphic bijections. These properties are used to reduce the local study of generalized analytic functions with a contour pole on a real analytic curve to the case of a contour pole on a straight line.
