Quantization of Planck's constant (Q326643)

This paper studies the role of Planck's constant in the geometric quantization of Poisson manifolds using symplectic groupoids. First, the author recalls the relevant notions and results. Then he gives an explicit construction for a symplectic groupoid integrating a Heisenberg-Poisson manifold. Non-linear variations are also investigated. An example of quantization of a non-integrable Poisson manifold using a presymplectic groupoid is finally detailled. The author shows in appendices how to construct symplectic groupoids integrating some general class of Heisenberg-Poisson manifolds.
