Suppose that \(A\) is a \(C^*\)-algebra, \(M\) is a Hilbert \(A\)-module, \(M'\) is the set of all bounded \(A\)-linear maps (i.e., \(T(ax)=aT(x)\)) from \(M\) to \(A\) and \(\mathrm{End}_A(M)\) is the set of all bounded \(A\)-linear maps from \(M\) to \(M\). In this paper, the authors prove that if \(A\) is a unital and commutative \(C^*\)-algebra and \(M\) is a Hilbert \(A\)-module with the property that there exist \(x_0\in M\) and \(f_0 \in M'\) such that \(f_0(x_0)=1_A\), then every \(A\)-module homomorphism derivation on \(\mathrm{End}_A(M)\) is automatically continuous and every derivation \(d\) on \(\mathrm{End}_A(M)\) is an inner derivation.
