Let \(\mathcal G\) be a locally compact Hausdorff groupoid, \(\omega_0,\omega_1\) two homotopic 2-cocycles on \(\mathcal G\), and let \(A_0=C^*(\mathcal G,\omega_0)\), \(A_1=C^*(\mathcal G,\omega_1)\) be the twisted groupoid \(C^*\)-algebras. It is shown that a homotopy between \(\omega_0\) and \(\omega_1\) gives rise to an isomorphism \(K_*(A_0)\cong K_*(A_1)\) in \(K\)-theory.
