In this paper the author develops a new technique for computing certain fiber integration of cohomology classes on the Demailly tower of jet differentials of a directed manifold. This is relevant to the famous Green-Griffiths conjecture, and applications of the results in this paper to this problem are given in [\textit{L. Darondeau}, Int. Math. Res. Not. 2016, No. 6, 1871--1923 (2016; Zbl 1338.32023)].
