The paper is devoted to studying the one-sided and generalized invertibility of discrete paired convolution operators \[ \begin{aligned} \Pi(K_1,K_2)&=P_+C(K_1)+P_-C(K_2),\quad \alpha>\beta,\\ \Pi^\tau(K_1,K_2)&=C(K_1)P_++C(K_2)P_-,\quad \alpha<\beta, \end{aligned} \] where \(C(K_1)\) and \(C(K_2)\) are discrete convolution operators, while \(P_+\) and \(P_-\) are operators of multiplication by the characteristic functions of the sets of nonnegative and negative integer numbers, respectively. These operators are considered on the spaces \(\{\alpha,\beta\}_{\mathfrak{S}}\) of two-sided sequences with exponential weights \[ r=\begin{aligned}\begin{cases} \alpha^n\quad &\text{if } n\geq 0,\\ \beta^n &\text{if } n<0,\end{cases}\quad \alpha,\beta\in(0,\infty),\end{aligned} \] where \(\mathfrak{S}\) is one of the spaces \(l_p(\mathbb{Z})\) with \(p\in[1,\infty]\), or one of the subspaces \(c(\mathbb{Z})\) or \(c_0(\mathbb{Z})\) of \(l_\infty(\mathbb{Z})\) which consist of all sequences \(f=\{f_n\}_{n\in\mathbb{Z}}\) that possess, respectively, the finite limits \(f_\pm=\lim_{n\to\pm\infty}f_n\) or the zero limits \(f_\pm\). The one-sided and generalized invertibility criteria for the operator \(\Pi^\tau(K_1,K_2)\) are established, its kernel and cokernel are described, and the one-sided and generalized inverses are found. For Part I, see [Integral Equations Oper. Theory 82, No. 4, 575--600 (2015; Zbl 1394.47035)].
