This paper deals with Calderón-Zygmund approach for a class of parabolic equations containing pseudo-differential operator \(A(t)\) of order \(\gamma\in(0,\infty)\). It is assumed that \(A(t)\) is merely measurable in \(t\) and its symbol \(\psi(t,\xi)\) satisfies the assumption \(\text{Re}(-\psi)\geq k|\xi|^\gamma\), \(k>0\), \(\xi\in\mathbb{R}^d\) and the standard estimate of \(|D^\alpha_\xi\psi|\) holds only for \(|\alpha|\leq[{d\over 2}]+1\) (higher-order derivatives cannot exist). The authors introduce the Banach space \(\mathbb{H}^{1,\gamma}_{q,p}\) as a sum of the \(L_q(\mathbb{R},L_p)\) norms of \(u\), \(u_t\) and \((-\Delta)^{\gamma/2}u\) with \(p,q\in(1,\infty)\) and prove the unique solvability of \({\partial u\over\partial t}= Au-\lambda u+f\), \(\lambda>0\), in \(\mathbb{H}^{1, \gamma}_{q,p}\) for each \(f\in L_q(\mathbb{R}, L_p)\). Moreover, the norm of \(u\) is estimated from above by the corresponding norm of \(f\) in \(L_q(\mathbb{R}, L_p)\). Certainly, \(u=u(t,x)\), \(t,x\in\mathbb{R}^1\times \mathbb{R}^d\). Calderón-Zygmund approach was used by \textit{N. V. Krylov} [SIAM J. Math. Anal. 32, No. 5, 1117--1141 (2001; Zbl 0979.35060); Ann. Sc. Norm. Super. Pisa, Cl. Sci. (5) 1, No. 4, 799--820 (2002; Zbl 1170.35434)] in obtaining of \(L_q(\mathbb{R}, L_p)\) and \(L_p(\mathbb{R}, C^{2+\alpha})\) estimates for \(u\) in the case \(\gamma=2\).
