Spaces and moduli spaces of Riemannian metrics (Q335556)

The author presents a survey of results on connectedness/disconnectedness properties of spaces and moduli spaces of Riemannian metrics on open and closed manifolds with positive, non-negative and negative curvature restrictions (such as scalar curvature, sectional curvatures and isotropic curvature). The author announces in Theorem 2.1 his joint result with \textit{A. Dessai} et al. [``Nonconnected moduli spaces of nonnegative sectional curvature metrics on simply connected manifolds'', Preprint, \url{arxiv:1601.04877}] about infinite (path) non-connectedness of moduli spaces of Riemannian metrics of non-negative sectional curvature in dimension \(4n +3\), \(n \geq 1\). The paper is concluded with several open problems.
